Shipping Charges

In case of domestic delivery after 3 failed attempts, the fourth attempt of the delivery a charge of Rs.100, will be applicable, as an extra cost to be borne by the customer.

Packaging

• The bra is packed individually in a plastic bag wrapped in butter paper and put into a beautiful Candour London box.
• The panty is packed in butter paper and put into a Candour London panty box.

Shipping time

• In case of metro cities we process and dispatch your orders within 3-5 working days of the order confirmation. The orders will be confirmed once payment has been received from your bank in case of pre-paid payment modes. In case of 'cash-on-delivery' payment mode, we need you to verify your order. Instructions on how to verify your COD orders are given at the time of placing one.
• You can track your order online through our website or through the carrier companies website once it is dispatched for delivery. 

Important Notes

• COD eligibility will be checked prior to order confirmation.
• COD is only applicable on domestic orders in selected regions.
